A Cherished Friendship and Unforgettable Journey with Candice's Traditional Lace Organza Wedding Dress

Candice is a truly delightful, cheerful, and humorous girl hailing from the vibrant state of Texas. With her infectious laughter and warm spirit, she brings joy to everyone around her. As fate would have it, we both found ourselves as newcomers in the bustling city of London, a place filled with history, culture, and endless possibilities. In this unfamiliar environment, Candice reached out to me not only for assistance in designing and creating her dream wedding dress but also to forge a genuine friendship. I was absolutely thrilled to accept her invitation!

The prospect of collaborating on such a meaningful project while also building a connection with her was something I eagerly looked forward to. Our time together was nothing short of magical. We spent countless hours brainstorming ideas for the wedding dress, pouring over fabrics, sketches, and embellishments that would reflect her unique style and personality. Each fitting was filled with laughter and creativity, as we shared stories about our lives, our dreams, and our experiences as we navigated this new city. I loved her idea of wearing a vintage 50s style wedding veil, I have never seen a veil like this. It had a special ring wire to keep it on the top of the head. Looking at her wedding pictures I cant help but think how much she looks like Merilyn Monroe with the veil and the traditional lace organza wedding dress we made for her. We included a beaded corded lace and silk organza for added luxury.

Beyond the dressmaking, we took the opportunity to explore London together, wandering through its iconic streets, visiting quaint cafés, and soaking in the rich culture that surrounded us. Every outing became an adventure, filled with unforgettable memories that I would cherish for years to come. Candice graciously invited me to her hen party, a celebration that was filled with fun and laughter. However, I must admit that the events of that night were so amusingly embarrassing for me that I won't share any details—let's just say there were moments that will forever remain our little secret!

On the beautiful day of 8 April 2012, Candice and Robin exchanged their vows in a picturesque ceremony in North Yorkshire, UK. The love they shared is palpable looking at the lovely photos, and the joy radiating from them is a testament to their deep bond.

As life often takes us on different paths, they eventually made the decision to move back to the United States to start a family. I miss Candice dearly and hold her close to my heart, reminiscing about the beautiful times we shared and the laughter that filled our days together. The memories of our friendship will always be a cherished part of my life!
